Look at the lack of a notable increase in quality and graphics from crackdown 1 to crackdown 2 and then look at the exponential jump from infamous 1 to infamous 2. If this is not an indication of the 360, an easier console to develop on, being maxed out then I don't know what is. This is crazy. They had forever to develop the sequel and look at the neglible jump in graphics and gameplay.
